Positive Vibes Only (PVO) was created by Pearl A. Holloway a Black/Latina woman; Author, Musician and former Ballet Dancer from California. Growing up with an addicted parent in the 80’s and 90’s the Arts, Music, Dance and Fashion became her lifeline. In the late 90's she found NYC as her new home.
